    i may be in the market for a two bed. Sam has moved back to london. he has a job (got three offers in 6 days inc. at the Criterion. He is working at the Dirty Martini (under Tuttons in CG). Rather than sub him, i'd rather be buying a flat. but it needs to be shared to a renter to help with $$. May need to discuss financing with you....
